Our goal is to reduce housing costs and increase housing availability by pooling housing together and sharing it as a resource. Housing is a human right, and should not be an investment. As an organization, we can run households collaboratively, ensuring that space and resources are utilized efficiently.
In order to maximize our impact, we aim to pool multiple properties together. We are open to single-family, multi-family, and apartment style housing projects. By treating the needs of each property as the needs of the whole organization, costs can be shared by many, and risk spread out. Once a property is paid off, it’s costs decrease significantly, leading to reduced rates for our members, and the opportunity for the organization to invest in other properties.
